Situated in the ever popular Woodridge stage 3 near the Thredbo LeisureCentre, and close to Friday Flat, this spacious four bedroom and loft chalet has great features. On the ground level there is a carport, walk-in drying room, full laundry facilities, a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an external door to a large public car park at the rear of the property. An ideal setup for guests with extra cars.

A half level up there is another large bedroom and a second bathroom with spa bath. Up another half level, to the spacious main area, is the living room with gas fireplace, dining and good sized sunny deck with north easterly views of the Merritts Creek. Additionally, there are two good sized bedrooms and the third bathroom. There are views to the top of the Gunbarrel Chairlift from the living area. On the top level there is a large loft. All bathrooms have underfloor heating.
