Kirwan Gardens 4 on street level is a large 3 bedroom apartment built over two levels and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate laundry, a large open plan living area (lounge/dining & kitchen) with two undercover car parking spaces and WiFi. One of the bedrooms (with a Queen bed and en-suite) is on ground level making it the ideal property for people who have difficulty with stairs. All bedrooms are generous in size with built-in robes; the largest has a north-facing balcony offering a glimpse of the lake. Heating is electric space heaters.

Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout your visit.

Check-In & Security Bond:
  • Check-in time: 4:00pm / Check out time: 10:00am.
  • Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time.  Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same day changeovers. No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check in.
