A townhouse located in the central Kirwan Cl, Acacia 4 is a modest 3-bedroom property ideal for smaller groups, about ten minutes walk from the centre of Jindabyne town. The kitchen is the centre of the house, with bedrooms at the back of the property and the lounge and dining space up a couple of stairs towards the front.

Overview

High ceilings and large windows allow plenty of light into the living space, with a sliding door leading out to the full-length balcony and mountain views. There’s a cupboard for drying wet gear and reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main areas and bedrooms ensure you’ll be warm in winter and cool in summer. The master bedroom features a comfortable ensuite, with a shared bathroom and separate WC opposite the other two bedrooms. The laundry leads to a small courtyard with clothesline and shed for storing bikes, skis, and snowboards.
