Location: Opposite the Perisher Skitube Terminal, 200m from Front Valley
Parking: Bullocks Flat Skitube Terminal (more information in General Information tab below)

Situated opposite the Skitube Terminal, Marritz Hotel offers amazing views of Perisher Valley and a convenient location close to lifts. With room types ranging from junior suites to the unique and luxurious Tower Suite, Marritz Hotel has accommodation for everyone.  Each room at Marritz Hotel provides a private ensuite, TV, central heating and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms offer baths, bar fridge, microwave and enclosed balcony.

The hotel’s family friendly facilities include a fabulous restaurant, indoor heated pool and a games and billiards room.  Of an evening one can enjoy a roaring fire in the bar and relax with exceptional service and amazing views, and after a comforting and delicious dinner you can relax your tired muscles, enjoy a swim in the indoor heated pool and loosen up with a nice sauna. For your convenience, Marritz Hotel has a guest laundry.

Accommodation Options

Executive Suites – can accommodate up to 5 guests. Each suite has 2 bedrooms plus a small sitting area. TV in each room, bar fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, ensuite with shower/bath, great views. Bedding configuration: 2 x king split beds + single bed.

Tower Suite – can accommodate up to 3 guests. This exclusive suite has 2 bedrooms and a large sitting area. Located on the top floor of the hotel and boasting 360 degree views of the resort. TV and DVD player, bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Bedding configuration: king split bed + single bed.

Deluxe Rooms – can accommodate up to 4 guests. These rooms are large single room suites with TV, bar fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, enclosed balcony overlooking Perisher ski area and ensuite. Bedding configuration: king split bed + 2 single beds

Junior Suites – can accommodate up to 3 guests. Junior Suites are located on the ground level of the hotel with views of the mountain. Can be interconnecting if required. TV, bar fridge, small sitting area, tea/coffee making facilities and ensuite. Bedding configuration: king bed + single bed

 

It's Good To Know
  • All guests (regardless of age) must be noted and confirmed on your booking.
  • No overnight car parking is available for most accommodation at Perisher, including Marritz Hotel. The hotel is accessed via the Skitube and oversnow transport/luggage transfer. For more details regarding parking, the Skitube and other transport information, click here.
  • Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
  • Please be aware that if Wi-Fi is provided, it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout your visit.
  • No pets allowed in any property nor in the National Park

MEAL INCLUSIONS:

  • DINNER: Adults- a 3 course dinner is served each night. Child & Toddler rates include a children's dinner from the kids menu  - upgrade to adult meals available at $35 per child, per meal. Infants - No meals included. 
  • BREAKFAST: A hot cooked breakfast to order is served each morning with a self serve continental buffet. 

Special Dietary Requirements: If you have food allergies or special dietary requirements, please advise at the time of booking or at least 10 days prior to your arrival.
