Nestled in the heart of town in a quiet residential street is this split level three bedroom two bathroom newly renovated townhouse. Upon entering the split level layout will reveal itself. On the entrance level you will find one bedroom and bathroom and on the lower level the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom with laundry facilities. The top-level is all about the open plan kitchen dining living area opening on a large entertainers deck with lake views.

The newly renovated kitchen will be the focal point, with its sleek design, upmarket finishes and modern black appliances with plenty of light coming through the large windows and sliding door. The open plan design includes the living and dining area as well as a mezzanine perfect to set the kids up in with games or a roll-out bed for the guests that turn up at a moment’s notice.

All bedrooms are double rooms with built-in robes. The second bathroom doubles as a laundry with access outside out to the fully fenced backyard.
