25A Twynam St, Jindabyne - is a stylish modern two storey, 3 bedroom home located on a quite battle-axe block in a popular street in Jindabyne. Only located a short driving distance from central Jindabyne town and a 30 to 40-minute drive to Thredbo or Perisher Ski Resorts.

Features that make you feel right at home include a smart TV, reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, electric heaters in all bedrooms, and back yard with fire pit (wood not supplied).

Overview

When you enter on the ground floor you will find the main bedroom with king bed (option to split into two king singles by request at time of booking) and ensuite, bedroom two offering a queen bed and bedroom three with two king singles (option to be made into king bed by request at time of booking). Additionally on the ground floor is the main bathroom, laundry with washing machine, dry room, wide hallway for additional storage and internal access to the single lock up garage.

As you go upstairs you enter into the open plan kitchen with walk in pantry, dining and loungeroom that then opens up to the balcony with views of the lake.

Full Linen and bedding included (sheets, doonas, pillows, one towel per person, tea towels, bathmats etc.) Smoking is not permitted at any property.

Only located a short distance from town central and a 30 to 40-minute drive to Thredbo or Perisher Ski Resorts. Jindabyne is part of the Snowy Mountains Region, offering a range of activities for all seasons.
