Jagungal 15 (upstairs only) is a newly constructed modern house situated towards the top of Jindabyne, and features 3 bedrooms (one with ensuite), a kitchen, and a bathroom on the top floor.

With modern furnishings and high windows ensuring plenty of natural light throughout, the open plan kitchen and lounge room with connected balcony provides an ideal space for cooking and socializing. The two-car garage provides plenty of space, with bike rack and ski / snowboard rack, dry room, and room for additional off-street parking behind the house.

Ducted heating and air-con throughout ensures you’ll be comfortable all year round, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms adds that little bit extra in winter.

Please note that a smaller apartment is in the downstairs section of this house, however it is not accessible to guests during winter. The garage is used exclusively for guests, however, there is no internal access to the main house from the garage due to the downstairs apartment.
