A romantic deluxe two storey 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom alpine chalet ideally situated in Thredbo within walking distance to all Thredbo has to offer with quality furnishings, linen and accessories. This very special chalet has been built from river stone and natural timbers and has a gorgeous open fireplace which offers complete comfort.

Overview

This large duplex two-story open plan chalet has heating in every room, wool carpet a recently renovated kitchen with Miele appliances. The living area downstairs has TV, stereo and the Sonos speaker for your entertainment. A large deck overlooking Merritts River with a gas Webber BBQ and outdoor table and chairs that seat 8.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with a king bed a TV and a portable cot if needed and ensuite bathroom, the other has 2 king singles that can become a king bed if requested and another large bathroom with bath/shower a teenage retreat with TV and Foosball table, a lounge with two pull out sofa beds. There is another bedroom downstairs with TV an ensuite and a private balcony looking onto the river.

The kitchen has gas cooking a dishwasher and a breakfast bench that seats 2 and the dining table seats 8.

The laundry has a Miele washing machine a dryer, with a ski room that stores ski’s, boots, jackets and gloves keeping your equipment warm and dry.

The entrance area has a bench to take ski boots on and off, and a wood storage room.

Two car spaces and a short walk to Gunbarrel ski lift and Friday Flat with a bus stop at Sport and Rec centre at end of the Mountain Drive on Friday Drive which has a shuttle bus to take you to Kosciuszko chairlift or one stop to Friday Flat.
