Magpies Nest is a cosy freestanding chalet located on Diggings Terrace. Centrally located and just a short stroll to Thredbo Village shops and cafes. The slow combustion fireplace will keep you warm on those cooler nights and you’ll enjoy the filtered mountain views. A free shuttle bus service connects the village during the winter months providing quick and easy access from your accommodation to the slopes or ski school.

Note: external stairs are steep and may be slippery when wet or snow-packed.

  • All guests regardless of age must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
  • Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time.  Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same day changeovers.
  • No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check in.
  • Food is not permitted to be stored in the refrigerator prior to check in.
  • Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
  • A credit card security bond and identification submitted online is required prior to check in (Visa/Mastercard). This  is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
  • No pets allowed in any property and in the National Park.
