1/12 Alpensee Weg is a large modern four bedroom, two bathroom split level town house located in Tyrolean Village. With an open plan living, kitchen and dining area that leads out onto a deck overlooking Lake Jindabyne and the mountains it’s the perfect place for a family getaway. The top level contains a BBQ on the deck and a 65” Flat screen TV with surround stereo system. The main bedroom has a super king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and king single bed. The main bathroom is located on the top floor and second bathroom on the lower level each with heated towel rails. The lower level contains the 3rd bedroom with 2 single bunks a TV and DVD player. Bedroom 4 has a king and king single bed with a feature wall of the sunset over Lake Jindabyne.

The double lock up garage and front car spots park up to 4 vehicles. In the garage is a ski tuning bench with waxing iron, adjoining the garage is a ventilated drying room with a 15 pair heated boot dryer. Evaporative cooling and central heating throughout as well as free Wi-Fi and a wireless printer.
