These town houses are unique, being the only prestigious town houses at Hotham exclusively offering your own lock-up garage off a heated driveway, with secure parking for two cars or two full-size 4WD vehicles. You will also enjoy the benefit of private access from your own garage direct into your own town house. There is access to the main ski area for intermediate to advanced skiers via Frosty Drop just across the road (snow/weather permitting). Access to the main lift is via the free village shuttle bus which stops directly outside of Jack Frost and will take you to the village centre.

First Floor
Come home via the cross country track right to your front door. The door is secured by a digital lock with coded number. The foyer contains ski storage, a large heated drying room with enough space for ten fully equipped skiers.

The first floor has three bedrooms, all with their own ensuite and heated towel rack. Wake up in the morning to dry towels and a warm bathroom, luxury at its best. The first bedroom is cozy with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and an ensuite containing toilet, hand basin and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a set of bunks, a wardrobe and a
set of draws. The ensuite contains a toilet, hand basin and a large shower. This bedroom also has a phone outlet for internet and phone connection.

The third bedroom contains a set of bunks, a wardrobe, a set of draws and a three seater lounge. It is the perfect children’s’ retreat with internet/phone connection, television, Playstation 2 with games and DVD’s. Again, the ensuite has a toilet, hand basin and a large shower.

Top Floor
The master bedroom is on the top floor and features a queen bed, built-in wardrobe and a large ensuite. The ensuite contains a toilet and hand basin and features a luxuriously deep spa bath with shower. All seven night bookings also include luxurious Natio bathroom packs to spoil guests entirely.
The top floor comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The living room has a modern L shape Natuzzi lounge with ottoman, seating nine guests in comfort. The dining setting is a large solid red gum table with ten dining chairs. Everything is provided to enable guests to enjoy a four course dinner party for ten people including all cutlery, cutlery, liquor glasses, plenty of platters and place mats. For any guests staying seven nights also included is
red wine, white wine and champagne.
The lounge area has a gas fire for ambience and atmosphere. Guests will also enjoy a huge digital plasma television, a multi disk DVD and CD player with surround sound and a fantastic choice of 120 DVD’s catering for all tastes.

Off the lounge area is a large balcony with BBQ and extensive views over Golden Point.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, modern gas stove and electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and telephone. What sets this property apart from other on mountain accommodation is:
